    • All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.

    • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Cash on Delivery (COD).

    • We do not store card information on our servers.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We offer fast delivery for fresh and dry fish, with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours.

    • Orders are packaged carefully to maintain freshness and hygiene.

    • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location or availability of the product.

    5. Order Cancellation

    • Customers may cancel their order within 5 hours of placing it using the Cancel Order button on their account page.

    • After the cancellation window or once the order is marked as Shipped/Completed, cancellations are not allowed.

    • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via the original payment method.

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
