Zaamen.in is committed to providing fresh and high-quality fish products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and replacement policies are designed to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Returns

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered due to its perishable nature.

  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the order.

2. Replacements

  • If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you may request a replacement.

  • You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Customers may cancel their order within 5 hours of placing it, using the Cancel Order option on their account page.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once marked Shipped or Completed.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for cancelled orders before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

  • Report any issues within the specified time to qualify for a replacement.

  • Ensure the product is stored properly after delivery.
