Zaamen.in is committed to providing fresh and high-quality fish products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and replacement policies are designed to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Returns
Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered due to its perishable nature.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the order.
2. Replacements
If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you may request a replacement.

3. Cancellation Before Delivery
Customers may cancel their order within 5 hours of placing it, using the Cancel Order option on their account page.
Orders cannot be cancelled once marked Shipped or Completed.
4. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for cancelled orders before dispatch.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
Report any issues within the specified time to qualify for a replacement.
Ensure the product is stored properly after delivery.
